Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure
Review this disclosure before electronically accepting a Phytonomen Service Order.
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Disclosure version: 2026-07-25
Electronic delivery and acceptance
By affirmatively consenting during Service Order acceptance, you agree to use electronic records and an electronic signature for that Project. Your typed legal name, required unchecked affirmations, intentional acceptance action, timestamp, document versions, and immutable document hashes form the acceptance record.
The agreement is not effective, and substantive research is not authorized, until both electronic acceptance and successful payment are recorded.
Records covered
Electronic consent covers the Service Order, Standard Terms, this disclosure, acceptance confirmation, payment confirmation, Project notices, amendments, authorizations, reports, and other records required for the Project.
Retaining and printing records
Before accepting, you may review, print, or save the Service Order, Standard Terms, and this disclosure. Use your browser’s print or save-as-PDF function. After acceptance, retain the confirmation and project number with your records.
To request a paper copy before acceptance, email consulting@phytonomen.com and include the Project number. A reasonable paper or alternative communication process is available without requiring an external electronic-signature account.
Technical requirements
You need a current web browser capable of displaying HTML and PDF files, an email address you can access, and a device capable of saving or printing records. If you cannot access or retain the documents, do not accept electronically; request a paper or alternative process.
Withdrawal and contact updates
You may withdraw electronic-record consent prospectively without charge through a verified written request to consulting@phytonomen.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate records or notices validly delivered before withdrawal.
You may update contact information through a verified written request. Phytonomen will make the update effective within five business days and preserve an audit record of the prior and replacement information.
